X-Brain Publisher is a personal, single-user content management tool operated by an individual (Ryuya Suginaka). It publishes videos to the operator's own TikTok account and retrieves statistics of the operator's own account for personal analytics. It has no third-party users.
X-Brain Publisher は、運営者（杉中隆弥・個人）本人のみが利用する個人用コンテンツ管理ツールです。運営者自身のTikTokアカウントへの動画投稿と、自身のアカウント統計の取得のみを行い、第三者の利用者は存在しません。
With the operator's own consent via TikTok Login Kit, the tool accesses only: basic profile information, the operator's own video list, and the operator's own account statistics. It does not collect any data of other users.
TikTok Login Kitによる本人の同意に基づき、基本プロフィール・本人の動画一覧・本人のアカウント統計のみにアクセスします。他の利用者のデータは一切収集しません。
Access tokens and retrieved data are stored only on the operator's own local devices. No data is sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.
アクセストークンおよび取得データは運営者のローカル端末にのみ保管し、第三者への販売・共有・移転は行いません。
Access can be revoked at any time from TikTok's app settings ("Manage app permissions"). Locally stored data is deleted upon request to the contact below.
連携はTikTokアプリの設定（アプリ権限の管理）からいつでも解除できます。ローカル保管データは下記連絡先への依頼により削除します。
